Welcome to Studio Asha. By booking, accessing, or using the studio, you ("Client," "Renter," or "Booking Party") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Booking Policies & Terms & Conditions. These policies apply to all individuals entering the studio under your reservation.

1. Reservations & Payment

A reservation is confirmed only after the booking form has been completed, all required agreements have been acknowledged, and full payment has been received.

Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Studio Asha reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation that violates these policies or is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Payments are non-refundable, including cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, early departures, scheduling conflicts, weather conditions, illness, transportation delays, or unused studio time.

Any studio credit or rescheduling option is offered solely at Studio Asha's discretion and should not be considered guaranteed.

3. Arrival & Departure

Please arrive at your scheduled reservation time.

Early entry cannot be guaranteed unless approved in advance.

Your reservation includes:

• Setup

• Decorating

• Vendor arrival

• Client arrival

• Shooting time

• Breakdown

• Cleanup

Your reservation ends promptly at the scheduled end time.

Additional time is subject to availability and billed at the current overtime rate.

4. Studio Access

Booking grants access only during the reserved time.

Clients may not enter restricted areas or storage spaces unless authorized.

Access information will be provided in your confirmation email.

Do not share access instructions with unauthorized individuals.

5. Maximum Occupancy

Each reservation includes a maximum occupancy based on the booking selected.

Guests exceeding the approved occupancy without written approval may result in:

• Additional guest fees

• $75 cleaning fee

• Immediate termination of the reservation

• Denial of future bookings

6. Children

Children are welcome but must remain under the direct supervision of a responsible adult at all times.

Studio Asha contains furniture, décor, equipment, styling pieces, and other fragile items that may be easily accessible to children.

The booking client accepts full responsibility for supervising children and is financially responsible for any damage or injury resulting from inadequate supervision.

7. Pets

Pets and animals are not permitted inside Studio Asha.

This policy does not apply to service animals protected under applicable law.

8. Furniture, Props & Studio Property

One of the unique features of Studio Asha is the flexibility of the space. Furniture, décor, and styling pieces have been intentionally curated so clients can create customized sets for their sessions.

Furniture may be carefully rearranged during your reservation.

Before your reservation ends, all furniture, décor, props, and styling pieces must be returned to their original locations.

All Studio Asha property—including furniture, décor, props, backdrops, equipment, styling items, accessories, and furnishings—must remain inside the studio.

Unauthorized removal of Studio Asha property may result in replacement costs, repair costs, additional fees, collection efforts, and any other remedies available under applicable law.

9. Studio Add-Ons

Certain amenities require the purchase of an add-on and are not included with standard studio rental.

Available add-ons may include:

• Seamless Backdrops & Drapes

• Prop Bar

• Studio Assistance

• Additional Time

Selecting an add-on during booking authorizes Studio Asha to include that service in your reservation. Amenities requiring an add-on are not available unless selected and paid for.

10. Photography Services

Studio rental does not include photography, videography, editing, content creation, or production services.

Clients are welcome to bring their own photographer or creative team.

Professional photography services are available through Studio Asha's in-house photographer:

Ashley's Focus Photography

Eligible photography sessions include studio rental as part of the photography booking.

11. Care of the Studio

Clients agree to treat the studio with care and respect.

The booking client accepts financial responsibility for any damage caused by themselves or anyone associated with their reservation, including:

• Guests

• Children

• Vendors

• Contractors

• Models

• Hair & Makeup Artists

• Photographers

• Assistants

Damage includes, but is not limited to:

• Furniture

• Walls

• Floors

• Windows

• Equipment

• Décor

• Props

• Backdrops

• Fixtures

Repair or replacement costs may be charged to the booking client.

12. Furniture Safety

Standing, jumping, climbing, hanging, or placing excessive weight on furniture, shelving, tables, décor, or other furnishings is strictly prohibited.

Furniture must only be used for its intended purpose.

13. Studio Rules

To maintain a welcoming environment for all tenants and guests:

• Keep music at a respectful volume.

• No excessive noise.

• No disruptive behavior.

• No loitering outside the studio entrance.

• No gathering in hallways or common areas.

• Respect neighboring businesses at all times.

Studio Asha reserves the right to end any reservation violating these standards.

14. Food & Beverages

Light refreshments are permitted unless otherwise restricted.

Clients are responsible for disposing of trash, cleaning spills, and leaving the studio in the condition it was found.

15. Prohibited Items & Activities

Unless approved in writing before your reservation, the following are prohibited:

• Smoking

• Vaping

• Illegal drugs

• Open flames

• Candles

• Sparklers

• Fireworks

• Glitter

• Confetti

• Smoke bombs

• Fog machines

• Permanent adhesives

• Nails or screws in walls

• Hazardous materials

• Any activity that may damage the property

16. Cleaning

Clients are expected to leave the studio clean and organized.

Bookings involving six (6) or more people, mini sessions, high guest turnover, or qualifying events are subject to a $125 fee and must be added as an add on.

Additional cleaning charges may apply if the studio requires excessive cleaning beyond normal use.

17. Overtime

Reservations ending beyond the scheduled booking time are subject to overtime charges.

Overtime is based on availability and is not guaranteed.

18. Personal Property

Studio Asha is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

Clients are responsible for removing all personal belongings before leaving.

Items left behind may be discarded after a reasonable period.

19. Parking

Clients and guests must park only in designated parking areas and comply with all posted parking regulations.

Studio Asha is not responsible for parking violations, towing, or vehicle damage.

20. Liability

Use of the studio is entirely at the client's own risk.

Studio Asha, its owners, employees, contractors, agents, landlords, property owners, property managers, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for injury, illness, death, loss, theft, or property damage arising from use of the studio except where liability cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

21. Indemnification

The booking client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Studio Asha, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, landlords, property owners, property managers, agents, successors, and assigns from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising out of the client's use of the studio or breach of these Terms & Conditions, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

22. Right to Refuse Service

Studio Asha reserves the right to refuse service, deny entry, terminate a reservation without refund, or remove any individual whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, illegal, threatening, or in violation of these policies.

23. Photography & Marketing

Studio Asha may photograph or record the studio space for marketing purposes when it is unoccupied.

Client work will never be used for marketing without permission unless otherwise agreed in writing through a separate release.

24. Policy Updates

Studio Asha reserves the right to modify these policies at any time.

The policies in effect on the date of your reservation will govern your booking.

25. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

26. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a reservation, signing electronically, submitting payment, entering the premises, or allowing guests to enter under your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Booking Policies & Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these policies, please do not complete your reservation.
