Studio hours are 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM. Extended hours may be available upon request and approval.

Our minimum rental is 2 hours.

All sales are final. We do not issue refunds for cancellations, no-shows, early departures, scheduling conflicts, weather-related issues, or unused studio time.

No. Studio rental includes access to the creative space only. Photography, videography, content creation, editing, and studio assistance are not included unless booked separately.

If you're looking for a professional photographer, Studio Asha proudly offers Ashley's Focus Photography, our in-house photography service. Eligible photography sessions include the studio rental as part of your booking.

Absolutely! You're welcome to bring your own photographer, videographer, or creative team. Studio Asha is available to both professionals and individuals who simply need a beautiful space to create.

Your reservation includes access to the studio, available furniture, and designated studio sets.

Optional add-ons—including seamless backdrops, drapes, the Prop Bar, and Studio Assistance—may be added during booking.

bsolutely! One of the things that makes Studio Asha unique is its flexibility. Every set has been intentionally designed and curated so you can mix and match furniture and décor to create the perfect look for your session. Whether you're creating branding photos, family portraits, lifestyle content, or a completely custom setup, you're welcome to thoughtfully rearrange the pieces to fit your vision.

We simply ask that all furniture, décor, and styling pieces are handled with care and returned to their original locations before your reservation ends.

Studio props are available with the Prop Bar Add-On. All furniture, props, décor, styling items, and equipment must remain inside the studio at all times.

Absolutely! You're welcome to bring your own props and styling pieces.

Your reservation includes the maximum occupancy selected during booking.

Groups exceeding the approved occupancy must add on a $125 cleaning fee.

Yes. no more than 2 unless children are in the photo session. Children must remain under the direct supervision of a parent or responsible adult at all times.

Please note that Studio Asha contains furniture, décor, equipment, styling pieces, and other fragile items that may be easily accessible to children. The booking client is financially responsible for any damage caused by children or any guest associated with the reservation.

No. Pets and animals are not permitted inside Studio Asha, with the exception of service animals protected under applicable law.

Absolutely! We want you to enjoy your session. We simply ask that music be kept at a respectful volume out of consideration for neighboring businesses and tenants.

Yes, there’s a seating area located across from the studio —see guide in studio. Please clean up after your session, dispose of all trash, and leave the space in the same condition you found it. Please no drinking and eating on couch.

No. Standing, sitting on backs or arms of furniture, jumping, climbing, or placing excessive weight on furniture, shelving, tables, or décor is strictly prohibited. Any resulting damage will be the responsibility of the booking client.

No. Glitter, confetti, smoke bombs, fog machines, fireworks, candles, sparklers, and open flames are not permitted unless approved in writing before your reservation.

Yes! You're welcome to personalize the space for your session. Decorations must not damage the walls, floors, furniture, or décor. All decorations must be removed before your reservation ends.

No. Studio Asha is a smoke-free, vape-free, alcohol free facility.

No. Please be respectful of neighboring businesses by avoiding loitering or gathering in front of the studio entrance, building hallways, or other common areas. Studio Asha is a storefront and is attached to a residential building.

No. Please arrive at your scheduled reservation time.

If the studio schedule permits, additional time may be added at the current overtime rate. Please contact us as soon as possible if you'd like to extend your reservation.

Yes. Your reservation includes your entire use of the studio, including setup, decorating, vendor arrival, client arrival, shooting time, breakdown, and cleanup. Please book enough time to complete your session comfortably.

Yes. Parking information will be included in your confirmation email.

Studio Asha offers beautiful natural light and a thoughtfully designed creative environment. Lighting is Available for photographers. Ring and key light is available for content creators. Please bring any additional specialty equipment needed for your session.

Yes! Studio Assistance is available as an optional add-on. Assistance may include moving furniture, setting up backdrops, behind-the-scenes content, light styling, and general support during your session.

Absolutely! Mini sessions are welcome and must be coordinated with studio owner. Inquire at info@studioasha.com

Yes! Studio Asha is available for intimate workshops, networking events, meetings, and creative gatherings within our occupancy limits.

Before your reservation ends, please:

• Return all furniture and décor to their original locations.

• Dispose of all trash.

• Remove all personal belongings.

• Wipe up any spills.

• Leave the studio clean and ready for the next guest.

Additional cleaning or damage fees may apply if the space is not returned in its original condition.
